Outfit Details: Top & Button-down: J Crew (outlet); Belt: Gap (men's); Shorts: Old Navy; Purse: Vintage Coach (thrifted); Watch: American Eagle; Bracelets: American Living (JC Penney), Gap; Flats: Old Navy (thrifted)

I own this J Crew sweatshirt/top thingy in two different colors, one being the seafoam green you see here & the other being a dark, olive green. It's incredibly light & comfy & perfect for spring layering. I don't remember why I bought two different greens, but whatevs. I love them both, and I guess that's all that matters.

We had a string of rainy & cloudy days last week, and they really did a number on my productivity and general demeanor (or maybe I should blame it on exams). I needed to interject some color & happiness into my life with this outfit, so I wore one of my favorite spring plaids & these bright coral shorts. It totally worked, if only temporarily.

I tend to buy things in multiples too.  hehe. I Love this look.  Definitely a great spring time look.  You have such a great smile.  It surely brightens up a room.

  10. Love the shorts and the plaid shirt peeking through, super cute! I know, I never feel like doing anything when it's raining.  It's a good excuse to just lounge and eat snacks! :)

Love this! I love that you wear long sleeves and sweaters with shorts. So Springish. I need to start doing that, maybe it will give me chance not to have ghostly legs by the summer time.
