One of my favorite warm weather accessories is a silk head scarf. I have quite the collection (it's unnecessary, really), all of which I have thrifted over the past couple of years, and many of which are vintage. This scarf is one of my favorites; I love the floral pattern & bright colors, and it will go with so much of my spring/summer wardrobe. For its maiden voyage this year, I paired the scarf with this recently thrifted vintage silk blouse, another item I predict will be quite versatile this season.
Do you have any other spring/summer accessories you can't wait to wear?
Love seeing that those pieces were thrifted. I've got to start checking out the scarves...for some reason, I never get to that part.
ReplyDeleteI am just dying to pull out my white pieces. I've got a dress and a shirt that are itching to get out of my closet and on to a summer night out.
I wish I could pull off head scarves...although I haven't tried since I cut my hair short. Maybe this will be my year - the summer of head scarves!

ReplyDeleteI love this top and love this scarf. I never think to wear scarves as headbands...definitely something I'll have to try!
ReplyDeleteA headscarf looks so chic; it's a great way to put away the hair when it's hot. I'm looking forward to wearing my dresses sans tights/stockings! And also to get the linen and cotton pants out!
ReplyDeleteaw, this is super cute! Love it:)
ReplyDeleteThe headscarf looks so pretty on you! It's great for the summer when you have to put your hair up because it's so hot.
ReplyDeleteI'm just looking forward to wearing sandals again! I think it's actually warm enough today :)

This is a great look on you. Love the headscarf and bun combo. Very timeless. Open toed shoes and sandals are definitely my favorite warm weather accessories, but I am just happy not to need a heavy coat!
ReplyDeleteI hear ya! (though it is a little chill today. boo.)
